I think this is the same co. that made the stay-n-charge, I could be wrong. they closed the doors like 2 years ago, from Minnesota. They work just fine, but remember a charge on the fly robs batt power from the starting batt after the charging system gets it up to 13.0 - 13.5 volts, so in my experience you have to have a really good starting batt, I run a northstar agm with a minnkota charge on the fly which works just fine. Yes it works and you can tell the difference after a 15 min run. when you get back on the trolling motor you can feel it. The minnkota is only 150$new. Hope this helps

yes, I also use a pm460 minnkota charger, you just leave it plugged in and it keeps the batteries maintained, so far for a year and a half its been a sweet setup
