Question FX's - Carpeted Rod Boxes

Been looking at Skeeters...Saw some vids of the FX Models
No carpet in rod boxes? Pretty much forces one to use the moose / tube holders
I carry more than that and prefer to remove them and stack em up.
Can you order with carpeted rod boxes?...Any suggestions in that area appreciated. Thanks

im sure you can order w/ carpet but there are other boat makers who are going the same way. i'm on the fence about it. I have always had carpet but the clean up without the carpet has its appeal.

Aside from not being able to lay my rod/reels on bottom, I think i'd still prefer a vacuum job instead of spray n wipe.
At least with carpet you don't notice every little piece of dirt/debris. I'd be wiping it out constantly.
Then again, it may be because water may get in and can mildew carpet. If it does rear it's ugly head without carpet...spray n wipe!

I get some water in mine and constantly am on the look out for any wet carpet. I think I would prefer the no carpet. FX 20LE
