    Seltzer water

    Anyone else drink seltzer water like La Croix, Polar or Perrier?

    I drink roughly a gallon of water a day but I have drink 6 or 7 12oz cans to hit my water intake target.

    I drink seltzer water on a regular basis, especially in the summer when I'm sweating my ass off. It settles my stomach when heat might create nausea.

    I have a soda machine that I make my own seltzer water. I find that it hits the spot much better that plain water when I real thirsty and has none of the crap that soda has. It also will settle an case of heartburn pretty quick.

    I gave up drinking regular soda about 8 years ago. Besides water, I have been drinking seltzer ever since and I love it.

    Smart Water in the summer on the water and yard work and LaCroix for relaxing. Our daughter just gave me a case of KeyLime. She got me hooked on LaCroix.

    Honestly I thought so the first few times I drink it. I mixed some Crystal Light flavor packs with it to make it drinkable. Now I drink them without and love the taste.

    Well lets see. They said they filter it thru sand,charcoal, and paper. It comes from NY and they say all drinking water in NY has been recycled at least 7 or 8 times. Now you know why.
