    Pulling new transducer wires?????

Frustrating to say the least. I’ve done this multiple times on my Triton. Attempting to pull new ones on my Champion 206. I can pull fishing tape connected to paracord back forth no problem. When I tie to a transducer plug, I can’t pull it around the corner. I’m not sure if it’s getting hung on a zip tie or conduit. I tried with a hanger but can’t reach it. I’m new to doing some work on the boat myself and this is frustrating to say the least. Thanks Coach

I use this part of a air pump that is used with a inflatable bed and use lots of wire pulling lub that you can get from Lowes.
It slips right thru tight wiring channels. Be sure and pull an extra pull coed and leave it for future wires.

Not sure but some of the rear compartments have access holes. My last 200 elite did and it made life much easier to make the corner.

I ran the LSS-1 back in 2011 and it wasn't that big of deal. I would like to get the new transducer cable through without having to remove all the panels by the driver position. That plastic is pretty fragile ...

This nozzle on my pump was never used. I don't know what it was for. You might find a friend that has a air bed and get one from him.

My local Walmart has them for $8.96

Mine does. I Just opened it an dran the wires thru there. Was pretty easy. Going from all the way at the rear, not so much. Never could get the snake to make that corner. I always make sure that I leave a rope pulled thru when I am done for the next time that I have to run some wires, I just tie on another rope and the wires and it's always super easy.

My boat was a killer getting simple electrical wires around the corner! Good luck sir.

That little nozzle thing is pretty cool.

Well- mission accomplished!!! Used a fishing wire to feed it all the way around the corner to the battery compartment. It took my wife pulling the wire and I had a flashlight in the back along with a pole pushing the plugs around the corner through the tight spot. Way harder than I imagined. Coach

I tried to figure that out on Sunday with no success. But a good idea if it worked for you.

    yes
run the line from the back right up the bottom of the boat until you can grab it on the front side of the gas can and feed it to the console or where ever your electronics are
