    Thanks Y'all!!!
Got ALL the welding done, had several small things like the 2nd guide bunk arm and closing the old axle/spring alignment holes when the original axle was inverted which moved them to the top.
All I like is some warm enough weather to paint and stripe!!!
They're calling for 12 tonight and 6 tomorrow night.....that just ain't right in SE Oklahoma.....Supposed to warm up this weekend though.....Finger's Crossed!!!!!

I'm using Rust-0leum "professional" products, white primer and gloss white acrylic enamel....ALL 15oz Spray Cans!
Goes on really nice and once a thin coat is down, you can pour it to it. I'm really liking the extra crossmembers...you could load a tank on it!

Thanks y'all....sometimes I even surprise myself!!!

Ha...I have a garage but the wife's 24' Toon resides there!!!
In the Winter for the few weeks I store it I put on the custom Sunbrella cover, then this cheapie over the custom.
Actually unless I'm trailering very far this cheapie makes it nice....waterproof and easy to throw over and off!!!
My normal drive the the lake ramp is either 400 yards or 7 miles, depending on the wind's direction and strength!

I see I have a minor problem! The bunks are 1" lower on the left side than the right. 1st thing I noticed....and of course when redoing something you notice everything....was that the boat seemed to set lower down into the left fender and measuring confirmed my thoughts!! Now keep in mind that this was the original trailer and I only added the 2 inside crossmembers, the Rear and the Front are the original Custom Line members, so the boat's attitude never changed as I also have the original bunks on those crossmember mounts.
Sad to say, it's prolly been like this from day 1!
Next step....shim the left side between the bunks and the mounts to raise it up even with the right side.....I'd rather shim than reweld all the mounts needless to say!!!
From the sides you can't tell at a distance, but definitely noticeable from the rear!
Too bad the Sun was so bright today that the White overwhelmed my pinstripes!!!
