    Ice Breaker

My rig was an ice breaker yesterday on Columbus. Had to break through a 1/2” of ice to get through to the pits. Come on spring!!

As I get older I find no reason to break ice to fish!

They say you get smarter with age... I’m proof that’s not always true
I was actually out trying out a different prop..., channel was clear... then headed to fish for a quick minute.... doh! , pits were froze over.

If you do any heavy flipping down there those big weights double as ice punching weights. I suggest braided line.
