Treble hook on a spinner, yes sir!!! I don't think I've ever seen that before. I'd buy a few of those to try out.
Good eye... Any hook can be added on these swing hook spinnerbaits.

Pepper custom baits makes a spinner with a treble called open water assassin. I've never seen a combo with an under spin though. I do like the color. I'll test them out for you if you want. Lol
Nice looking baits! Next up, a mod to the new swim bait head for a SB?

Looking at the spinnerbaits with the underspin added... It seems to me that the added drag down low would tend to make the lure rotate to the left which might could make the top/rear blade smack the hook on every rotation. Might be a good thing, but it might also beat up the blade and dull the hook. It would be great to test in clear water, run in front of a camera. But I suspect your water isn't currently suitable? Ours is still fluid, at least.
Resistance from blade size will surely make the bait move in a direction. But the lead weight location to line tie will make the bait track correctly. These are all 3/4 to 1 1/2oz and can be made to run correctly with the correct blade sizes. I have not played with them in any fishing conditions yet.

Good looking baits. I still like the 2nd one best.
I'be tried the treble hook both as main and trailer, and I seem to lose more bass on it. Probably because we use heavy rods and lines on spinnerbaits, instead of treating them like crankbaits with trebles.
Not sure what happened to my post from several days ago but these look great. Looks like you are a fan of the turbo flare skirts as well, I need to step up my game after seeing some of the things you make.

I gave a few to a friend to test today on a power plant lake. :-)

Bottom blade was not working as I thought.... So I made some with several different length wires to test...

You should put a single hook on the bottom blade. It's a fish head spin trick that improves catch rate. With the hook so far forward, looks like a bass has to work to get at it.
I don't want a hook on the blade, But I did make the bottom wire so the swivel/blade can come off and a hook added. Then you could add a swimbait underneath. I may move the wire and blade more forward on the head. A trailer hook on the bait would also be used when fished.

Here are a couple of the 3/4 oz with long wire moved forward.
