You may have overlooked it or the system had a glitch at the moment. It lists the FX20 LE MSRP at 80,000

That is the NAP pricing after the 1,500 rebate. They put the MSRP price up there as a comparison. The regular FX series does not have NAP pricing and the dealers put a price up for those boats.

So, if you are spending $75k-$80k on a skeeter you can't customize the colors?

Yes, if you don't get the LE package model for the FX. Add in 2 8' blades and you are around the same price anyway with more room to negotiate.

The LE is a package boat that has a nationally advertised price, all with the same accessories, and only come in 6 colors. The FX 21LE is 70,495 and the FX 20LE is 68,995. Right now you get a 1500 rebate and free extended warranty. You can however opt to get a FX non LE and choose an endless choice of color schemes and what ever accessories you want, but the price will be 80+/- depending on options. The LE package has very little profit for the dealer, so they tend to not budge to much on the price, were a FX would be more negotiable.

My dad went with me last year when I bought my new ZX250. While I was signing papers he was just chatting with the dealer rep. He told my Dad the exact same thing that densik said. The FX will cost more because it is completely customized. The LE packages are sold that way to move more of them.
