I run 3 12v 100ah Battle Born's for my ultrex. I've fished 18 hrs without charging my batteries with no issues. They come in a good price and my coupon code gives a little more off and free shipping in the lower 48.

As far as a cranking battery Battle Born has one in development. I'm anxiously waiting for its release.

I have 2-100 AH Relions for my 24 volt Fortrex. If BB offers a cranking battery they tell me would work on my 125 Merc, I'd be a customer.

I’ve been using a relion for cranking for 2 years. Works great. Something different with your 125?

You guys that are using lithium with Minn Kota, have you had any issues. I read the other day that Minn Kota recommends not using lithium with their motors.

100ah seems like at least double what a guy needs with a 36 volt tm to me? These 36v are very efficient these days. I only see 100ah from battle born at $934 each shipped.

Here is a link that takes you to all there batteries they offer.

    https://battlebornbatteries.com/prod...po4-batteries/

    Battle Born offers a 12v 100ah, 12v 50ah, and a 24v 50 ah. I went with 3 12v 100ah bc I fish a river system near dams and discharges with a lot of current at times.

I fish 18 hrs without charging with lead acid batteries, non stop wind, constant ultrex running on spot or moving.

I dont think the 36 volts of today use much juice. Im leaning towards some 50 ah tm batteries. perhaps Ill start measuring my lead acid after a 10-12 hour day to get a better idea where Im at.
