Replacement gas tank / fuel badder for Bass Cat?

Have a good friend that has a Bass Cat that he has a need to replace his gas tank on. Pretty sure he doesn't have the option of popping off the top cap. What suggestions do you guys have to replace the tank and whom should he call to find one? It's a 1997 Jaguar by the way....

They go directly in the hole, and there may be a new age appropriate tank in stock. That would save a buck!
