    Thanks for checking it out!
I like your graphic rendering skills! If you haven't tried it, check out Google Sketchup. You can do some pretty cool stuff, especially if you like CAD software.

    Update on the status:

We chose to focus on the trailer refurbish since the boat is ready to go back together. It was in pretty good condition but there was some healthy rust on the bottom rails and it was creeping upward. So a full teardown commenced...

Ground her down to bare damn metal

    Self etching primer

We utilized etrailer.com for everything from the leaf springs to the wiring harness. I'm impressed with the quality of their components.

that was a ton of work, thankfully this is the last item which required grunt work.

Awesome job on the project but have to inquire about the garage floor. Is it purely coincidental or did you make it look like flowing lava? I think that is the coolest looking garage floor I have ever seen.

Lmfao! That’s an unintentional finish, that South Carolina clay is strong man and when it rains heavy sometimes water makes it’s way in...flowing lava floor I love it

Well it’s almost time to thrash on the project again! Next Friday, I return from the great West.
    Parts waiting to be installed:
    -taco marine rub rail
    -1/4” memory carpet pad
    -24oz basscat carpet
    -trailer lights/winch

Wish me luck as I’m hoping I’ve locked down a new condition MK Fortrex 80# 45” !

    Thanks for the support!

Here is a shot of the bottom.

I’m surprised how pristine/blemish free the underside remained.

Will post progress photos as the items begin getting checked off.

It’s nice to be back in the Carolinas and making progress on the boat.

    trailer lights/wiring 100% complete

    Pin-stripe added

    Winch assembly in primer

we’ve mocked up the MK fortrex on the bow a few times and, surprisingly, it fits!
