My pump isn’t recirculating correctly. If I remove the hose from the recirculating nozzle it starts pumping and I can hear the pump but I have to repeat this process to make it work. Also how do you replace the pump?

Is this pump mounted to livewell?
Are there 2 pumps to recirculate?
2019 nitro z19 with mercury 4 stroke 200hp.
The pump is underneath the livewell
The reason I asked, mine are mounted to the livewell. Sometimes they are air locked, when first filled. Once the air is cleared they work.
