Water hose going from the compressor strainer to the bottom of the port side fuel rail. Theres a 90degreee fitting (p/n 996642) that is loose and leaks water. Problem is i cant tighten it down without removing the fuel hoses because the elbow fitting hits the fuel hoses and can't turn. On the top side of the fuel rail the water hose thats goes to the compressor is fitted with a straight fitting(p/n291112)
my fix would be to cut the elbow fitting and replacing with a straight fitting but can't find if the threads are the same.(problably yes) but want to be sure before cutting the fitting. i also dont want to remove the fuel hoses going to the rail. heres a quick picture for reference. im talking about the 2 whites fittings.
