Ordered mine yesterday. I'll be glad when the days of climbing in the boat will be over.

Anyone had an issue w/ the bottom step hitting the towing vehicle's bumper? I bought an after market step/ not trick step and it hit the bumper.

Get a longer drawbar if that's a concern.

I noticed a removable bottom step option when I ordered mine. I didn't need it, but some might. It added about 13" to my trailer. IMG_0245.jpeg

Did not see this as an option. Saw the custom button but not the removable step option. That would have been nice.

I saw it in the FAQ's: TrickStep offers RBS (Removable Bottom Step) option for those who store they're boats in a garage where they may have to accommodate for garage door clearance. Contact us for details.

I have had one for 3 years. On my 2001 Stratos Trail trailer. Doesn't cause any problems. Got tired of climbing over bow of boat when loading and unloading. Have had 3 broken ribs but no more climbing over, just take the stairs. I am 75 years old and fish almost every day. Still fish tournaments on weekends and Thursday nights. Steps are great in the dark also.

I installed mine yesterday and I really like it! Extremely well made and fit perfectly.. So much easier to getting in and out of the boat...

Quick note - I can see where is can limit tight turn angles a little - at least on my 521 it will.. Just have to be extra careful..

Just watch out for getting your truck and trailer jackknifed too much, the bottom step got into my truck bumper and put a dent in it. I really had it cranked tight

You can buy an extended draw bar if the bottom step gets too close to your bumper.

Ordered one for my 97 R82 Sport that I repowered with a 150 Mercury Four stroke last year. I'm 81 and still fishing often and I am hoping the step will enable me to fish a little longer.
