The 3D beam is a cone as opposed to a narrow fan?

I assumed Ray’s 3D used a similar transducer setup as Lowrance’s 3D. But that was wrong?

There isn’t a “3D Beam”. RealVision 3D is a combination of all transducer elements used to draw the bottom. Basically, it’s a sum of Sonar “conical”, DownVision “narrow” and SideVision.
