Ok here goes. I am trying to set up to get engine data to my depth finder. I have helix 10 gen 1 now. But have been told it would work better going to a Lawrance. so what is the cheapest lawrance I can find that supports nmea 2000. All it will be is a stand alone to show data. Are any other ideas would be great.

Humminbird will work the same as Lowrance. You just have to get an additional part from humminbird, a black box, to plug into the network.
