Mounting a Point 1 on a Z7

I mounted my Point 1 near the console and it worked fine until I mounted speakers unders the consoles for my stereo. Need to move the Point 1 and it appears back near the stern light mount is free of interference. Also appears the MLF boats are mounting it there. Anyone have better luck mounting somewhere else? Thanks

Im planning on building a mount for it to either sit behind my dash mounted unit or off a ram mount. i dont want to drill holes in my deck or hull for this

On my z21 it's under the deck.

I put mine on the remote oil fill blank. Looks like it is meant to be there with the bonus that it is located very near the transducer.

Where under the deck did you place it?

On the 21 I have a spot behind the rear storage lid that I mounted it too. I actually velcroed mine in.
