I had a member sell me something (lss-1 transducer)...well, after installation, the transducer has a bad element. Went to go back and contact him, but he has since been banned.

If you paid with pay-pal you can get your money back.
So if it worked after he installed it, it's his problem not the seller's... Dan
Sounds like it didn't work after he installed it. I'm sure the affected parties can work it out (or not).
