You have plenty of room for four batteries but nothing else in the battery compartment.

Another battery adds 60-70lbs with only a 150 max hp and just shy of a 19ft hull tournament loaded or fun fishing loaded about the same, two people and a full livewell. Weight management becomes a factor that may effect hole shot and top end. If you check posts adding power poles a hyd jackplate and more weight can make a difference on that set-up. You have a lot of boat and only a 150 to make it all happen. If you just add another battery probably all right but power poles and jackplate you may be chasing set-up issues.

There is plenty of room for a fourth battery. You would still have room in the center for anything else to mount. The entire compartment is large and laid out well from ranger.

I have a z185 and there is more than enough room for 4 batteries, power pole pumps and storage. the back compartment is laid out extremely well and easy to access.
