    Quick start circuit on 98 jglecd175 f/s

    The quick start is not disengaging once motor warms up,staying a 1100 rmp i have a loss in top end 3 mph and 300 rpm's, tack arm bouncing at idle, I'm thinking power pack.. appreciate any opinions..

    Unhook the white/black wire on the port side head and ground the side that goes to the pack. See if the RPM's drop. If not pack if they do then sensor on head.
