What’s everyone running for setback on 17 foot bullets

I ran that boat with 6", 8", and 10". The further back, the higher better and faster it ran. And put more strain on the transom. ;)

okay good to know. Lol and transom can take the strain now haha. Could bolt on a 300x if I wanted lol

What kind of set ups did you have with numbers?

Ran 72 with, I think, a 26 pitch prop.
The other 17 had a 200 . It was faster but I can't remember
what pitch prop. It was a wild ride.
