Does the air scoop on side of the boat come off and if so how ?

No they don't come off.

They can be removed intentionally, though they do not come off. On lots of Eyra models there has only been one we know of replaced.

Thanks had a friend bought a used eyra and I was wondering if it would come off to repaint it

Is the trim replaceable? Mine has cracked in a few areas.
