I eat it almost every day, home made, using various made up recipes. I was out today and didn’t feel like making any, so I went with grilled cheese. I used sharp cheddar. Cored a very tart green apple and sliced it thin. Fried a few strips of bacon. Assembled all of this between a couple of slices of wide pan whole wheat with a little Hellmans, and fried it in butter. It was good. I think I will try different combos of various cheeses, apple varieties, and meats to see what will work.
