where are you located i am close to Lima

I asked Adam at Fisherman's Central and he referred me to Bill Eshelman. You can contact him at 330-499-4163. His address is 1108 Ellenhurst in North Canton. if you have the time you can do it yourself and order the stuff from Netcraft or Lure Parts
If you need rod tubes to ship them out, I live in massillon and have a ton in my garage.
