Jack Black hand lotion. My hands crack and bleed in the winter. This stuff is great. Not greasy either.

My hands dry out something fierce being around salt and ice melting chemicals all winter. This stuff is the real deal, but DAMN will it give you some sticker shock.

I use Lubriderm. Its not greasy and you can get unscented.

Dove for Men soap is also pretty good.

All soap will dry your skin. When I was a teenager with acne problems, my dermatologist told me my problem wasn't oily skin, it was actually dry skin due to soap. He said to use a good lotion every day after taking my shower and I would never have another problem with acne. Well, after spending lord knows how much on clearasil and other acne products, I got rid of them all and started using Lubriderm lotion. My acne cleared up immediately and I've had perfect skin ever since. I attribute much of my good looks to using this product over the last 35 years or so... after every shower, all over... "See ya later, alligator". By the way, it's fragrance free and leaves zero oily residue.

get a whole house humidifier and keep the humidity in the 40s, will help allot. I have a console model and put 5 gal bucket of water in it almost daily. Helps sinuses also. I try to keep the humidity around 42%-45%. House will be warmer too and less dust and static.

I use goldbond for my feet and hands and some other moisturizing lotion for the rest of me. Working outside in the winter zaps any natural oils your skin produces and I dry out badly. Just used a soap the other day I am planning to get a bar and try out, Kirks castile.

If you can deal with the smell, Bag Balm works pretty well.

Cetaphil bath bar. I use it everyday. You can have my man card I will keep using this soap. I use the lotion too. Doesn't leave that oily residue like most and works great.
