    Question Lake hartwell camping

Got our annual fishing trip planned for early May. Just curious about a good place to tent camp that has electricity to charge the boats and a boat ramp inside the campground. Any help would be appreciated.

There are several parks that have camping not sure about having electricity on a tent site. There is also a KOA camp ground in the area. Here are a few links https://www.recreation.gov/camping/t...O&parkId=71464

I always liked Sadlers Creek, especially with the topwater bite going on then.

Sadlers would be my first choice that time of year. Right in the middle of where the fish should be. Only problem is you don’t have a lot of restaurant options.

KOA is in the middle of the lake and probably the top water bite should be good and you are close to restaurants, gas, tackle and grocery stores.

FYI - Pretty big tournament going on the 19th-20th on Hartwell.
I don't know where we are, but we are making darn good time.

There is a pretty good BBQ near Sadlers Creek and a good Mexican Place up on 24 El Arriero. Two grocery stores also.
