How long does it take to get a Bullet shopping order?

I placed an order and paid for it on Dec 2.... 10 days later, No e-mail, No tracking number, No nothing? I guess I can call today... Seems like they have fast boats and slow service.

Well when I ordered the life jackets it took at least 2 months but that was before they even had them in stock. I got an email right away on the order but never got one when it was shipped but I did call them like every week and they always answer.

Matt called me first thing this morning. They were holding the whole order because a coat I ordered was not in stock. This morning they shipped a partial order to me and we'll ship the coat next week when it comes in.

I hate it when they hold a partial order. I wouldnt even mind if they canceled the non stock stuff if theyre worried about eating the shipping

was in there today picked up a few items, but out of several sizes of some items.
I did not get every thing I was wanting which is a good thing

Tackle warehouse will ship your partial order free and then ship the rest of it for free to!, different type of deal but same difference I've always got what I ordered pretty quickly from Bullet

I have patience.. I don't think any company should hold any paid for merchandise because they cant keep their inventory in check. Why should I have to wait for the other items?

As seen in some other posts above, This seems to be fairly normal practice. If the order was held an additional week until the coat was in stock, Then I'd get it the next week...

In todays world, There are too many ways to make contact to see how the customer wants to handle this.... Especially at Christmas time.
