How were the mods by Robbie?
I can't give an honest answer as I never ran it before and after. They did the mods per Lee's advice when I bought the engine new from them. It's been 97 mph on my old 2+2 and 95 on my new Pro.

ahhhh....going to the dark side of the force, eh Tim?? 1.62's??? Find a good sporty like I did and keep the 1.75's as a spare. Wildman on scream and cry still has 2 for sale, same guy I bought mine from. He ships it on a pallet via truck.

Not at all. I just do it , takes me quite a few fishing trips to put 10 hours on it on my little ponds. Oil is cheap!

I do the same as TB, change every 10 hours or so. It takes over half the season or even longer to rack up 10 hours on a motor up north here. At the rally I change it out right after cuz I've put over 10 hours on it and thats just 10 days!!

Good Advice. I have been changing mine 2 time per year. I need to pay more attention to the actual hours. As TB says- oil is cheap.

TB21, if insurance hadn't just bought me a new gear case, I would be on that deal like a duck on a june bug!! $2500 for a sportmaster with low hours is practically giving it away!! Someone needs to jump on that!

Now you watch -- I'll thrash mine and have to pay someone to kick my own ass..
I just took my 1.75 sporty off and put the 1.62 on as it's almost time to go play. Took the 1.75 to the shop for PT and found the shift shaft seal leaking. Take care of them and they will last a while. If TB's didn't have the Allison mods it probably would have been gone sooner. I keep one for a spare just like props, one for every occasion.
Mike, do you have any tournaments at EB in 2018?
Have already replaced the shift shaft and the drive shaft seals on this one twice.
Don't have the Sun Country schedule out yet. But I doubt if the put the Butte on....They may take Navajo off this year and add Possum Kingdom
