    merc monitor vs analog

I have a 09 250 pro xs serial number 1b737109 that runs great until I get to about 3/4 throttle. After that it starts missing like it's hitting the rev limiter. On the merc monitor I'm reading around 5700 to 5900 before it starts. On the analog gauge I'm reading about 6300 when it starts cutting out. Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks Joseph

I've changed the fuel lines, spark plugs and the fuel filter in the vst and nothing seemed to help

Then you didn't hit the limiter. Perform a spark test as the problem is occurring.
