    Question Crankbait paint help?

I've started using a certain crankbait that is getting me lots of bites. However, the paint jobs from the factory aren't very durable and after a day of banging into rocks, they're pretty scuffed up. Looking for different ideas to protect the paint. I use "Sally Hansen No Chip" clear fingernail polish on certain leadheads that I choose not to powder paint. I don't have airbrushing equipment, so looking for an aerosol spray or brush on product.

KBS diamond clear. Search the forum for that or at Tackleunderground. This stuff is about the easiest there is, but may react with some factory finishes. Dip and dry, finish should be thin enough to not ruin the action that is getting the bites.
