    Ultrex problem again

    I got a new ultrex on 10/30. Used most of last month, 3 or 4 trips and noticed a loud ticking coming
    from the lower unit. Took it to an authorized service center, they kept it a week and I got it back last Friday.
    Went to the water today (Sunday) and within an hour it started again.
    Service tech said one of the brushes were worn down to nothing. The longer I fish the louder it gets. Anyone else had this problem?

    What size is it? Sounds like a 112 with a bad armature.
