Are you moving? Do you have an external GPS with heading sensor? Bob

If you are going more than .6mph your boat icon should be pointing up and the map turning as needsd. Bob

I'm just use to my maps and trails to be rotating to up the screen regardless if I'm running 5 mph or 50.
I change it and exit but no change.
    Thanks

The speed I mentioned was 6/10ths of a mile per hour. If slower your GPS can't tell which way you are going. Otherwise the settings are not correct or it is broken. Bob

The COG Up will rotate the map as the direction changes just like Head Up does.

Run the unit in Simulator and see what the different map orientations do as you change the settings.

I had the same problem with onix after 3.04. Had to reset factory settings to get it work again.

That section in the Solix manual is a bit tricky. Took me a couple reads of the course up definition. "If navigating, The vessel points up with the "intended" course at the top of the screen. Works like normal course up if not in a navigation mode. I guess I am not a very experienced navigator. However as Wayne told us COG will do what we want. Heads up will also if no compass is seen in the network, it defaults to COG, If we are moving. Bob
