    Helix 9 Gen1 not recognizing 360

Everything connected like it says in the manual. 360 on it's own power source and switch. Problem is Helix is not finding the 360. At a loss. Defective 360 or am I missing something? Doing what the manuals says with no luck.

It takes a while for the unit to recognize it is connected. It is not instant.

The quickest/fastest way is to power the 360 first and then power the unit a few minutes later---like 360 on, launch, then start the unit when you are ready to leave the ramp.

I've let it set as long as 5 minutes before turning on the helix. I'll give it some more time. Maybe I'm being to inpatient.

If you are using the Ethernet Switch in your setup, that has to be turned on also.
