Thanks for the responses. I came across a used one and pulled the trigger on it. Guy said it's got maybe 10 hours on it and didn't fish enough to justify it sitting in his garage. I was able to talk him down about 450 dollars cheaper than I could of got a new one shipped to my door. So I really hope it was worth it. It is the 80 pound 45 inch shaft which should be well stout enough to hold my 18 and a half foot g3.

The ABSOLUTE best boat accessory I've ever bought. You won't appreciate it until you fish with it. Being able to be "anchored" in the current and catch fish is unbelievable. I ran a Fortrex for 3 years and it's a great motor. The price difference from the Fortrex is more than worth it. Don't even think, JUST DO IT!!!
