Late fall fishing at Stockton is awesome....Thurs. 11/30

Gary and I launched the Charger at straight up 7am last week. The water temp at Cedar Ridge ramp was about 52*. The fish bit real good while the sun was low in the sky. It slowed up some during the day when it got bright but we still managed to catch several. Gary was throwing his favorite worm, I am still trying to learn the Ned rig bite. We also caught several on a hot tiger wiggle wart. That evening as the sun starting getting low in the sky again the bite picked up considerably. We had a ball.....

I'm still learning it myself. I have been a grub man for years but these little Ned's are very strange indeed. The bubble gum one worked pretty good for us in the skanky water we were fishing. In the late winter/early spring I'll be throwing green or brown/orange laminated. Its nice to have another weapon that works on the tough bite days.....
