USA What size tires are you guys running on your dual axle Gambler trailers?

I have a 1996 dual axle Gambler trailer with 205 75 r14 tires on there now- any issues if I move up to a 215 75 R14 ? The 215 is a little taller, will I get worse gas mileage or any concerns with the taller tire? Class C or class D advised? -My boat is a 209TE with mercury Promax 225 and the trailer I have is the original.

The 215 is 10mm wider and 8mm taller....
you wont hardly notice a difference visibly, and no difference in Mpg...
however your trailer might lose a little on the bottom end, top end should pick up;) !

Mine has the 205/75/14’s as had all of my previous bass boat trailers. If it’s dual axle I’d presume load range to not matter much, and we aren’t pulling a heavy 22’ ranger lol! I don’t think the fuel mileage will change any, still pulling the same weight the same distance, but you will have less travel distance on your trailer axles due to the taller tires.
