I'm guessing everyone who already posted has a RAM mounted screen. What about flush mounted units? I have this problem now and there's no easy method to attach velcro or rubber bands.

I don't use anything. I have the heavy rubber humminbird covers and they seem to stay in place. The front one is on a Balz out mount. I just make sure they are on properly before driving.

Great idea! I remove mine after each trip, but I like this idea for keeping the bugs off.

I always take my graphs off the boat before traveling, my flush mount in the dash stays secure... well until now of course... knock on wood.

Watched my cover in the rear view mirror as it bounced down the road, started to slow down to turn around to pick it up until I saw several cars run over it.

I've always considered the OEM plastic covers as storage covers when the MFD is not on the boat. It "kind of" snaps over the face but the air flow traveling down the road is always trying to eject the cover.

I have always used these both on & off the boat. Padded. Waterproof. Doesn't blow off. Protects the screen, but more importantly the rear of the MFD while on the road. The back of the unit has the most likely hood of getting a rock hit not the screen.

Velcro straps for me. Softside down.
It doesn't matter when you take them off, lay them beside you on the floor and takeoff.

I looked at the site https://www.russellmarineproducts.co...gory-s/100.htm and it appears they have assumed production of the Electronics Glove. Previously a guy that was on BBC was making them for both Lowrance and HB.

The electronics gloves are great, I had my wife sew some webbing material onto my cases so it had a handle to carry them by also

These look nice and are priced right, but they only fit Lowrance units. I have both Lowrance and Humminbird units.

Also, I’m not really a big fan of them being branded by RMP.

I’ve searched all over and haven’t found a website to the manufacturer.
