I live locally and have some experience . But where does one go for employment opportunities?
They are attracting very talented folks and I understand they have more wanting in than they need currently. A good problem for a manufacturer to have!
As time goes by and they ramp up production there will be a need for more employees. They will have their building up and I would think they will take applications when needed, maybe always take them even if they aren't hiring to have to pull from for future need.
When people are willing to leave their current, long time employer to go to work for a new venture it is just another testament of who/what is happening! Awesome!
