    Whose still getting out there?

weather is starting to take a turn for the worse but who is still getting out there? Got out sun for a couple hours with a good friend and we managed 1 largie and 1 smallie and a pickerel of about 4 to 4.5 lbs also got dinner for him 1 trout, missed a couple other bites but that's fishing all on tubes in about 20 to 30' hope for a few more before it really gets nasty. Cape is where to go now just have to pick and choose the days

Got out Sunday caught 20 largies water temp was 36 degrees. I don't think I will be going this weekend for sure as the pond had a skim of ice on it all day.

Fished Squam today, slayed them up shallow. Who would think the bass were in 3 ft. or less.

I managed to get out for a few hours and caught 3 pickerel and one 4 lb bass. I think that's it for the pond hopper.

Small pond by my house. Easy to find the fish not so easy to always catch them.

Yeah, ponds are interesting. Fish have to be somewhere all the time. Bass can't pack up and move.
If they live there you know where they are. Just hard to pry their jaws open.

Going to john's pond tomorrow for a couple hours and see what I can do, suppose to be 47 degrees will give it a shot, have a short at some green, brown and some slime darts and even maybe some trout for the table if the bass don't cooperate...lol

Well the boat ran good and it wasn't too bad once the sun broke through but couldn't get anybody to cooperate with me tried tubes, silver buddies even a Carolina rig with a small senko dragging it around all I got was a clam...lol but still nice getting out there, will try again hopefully before the end of the year or if not 1st of the year.
