    20xrd setup

Wondering what a good starting point would be on a 20xrd. It has a 200 merc xri that has had some work done to it, bobs nose cone and 26p bullet cut chopper. Not sure on the setback. Boats hole shot is terrible. I'm thinking it's even or just below the pad. Running around 75 @ 5800 Rpms with a full fishing load, full tank of gas, and a 280lb fishing partner lol! Thanks for any help! Water pressure is pegged at 30+ psi at wot.

Don't know about a 200 mercury but I have a 250 on my 20XD with the sport master lower unit, I am happy with my 28 Bravo 1, I bought the prop on here and it has 8 of the pvs holes and has a very good hole shot with all of the holes open. I have a 12" plate with 2" spacers and have the motor at 1.5" above the pad, still have not had the chance to stretch her out yet as I am still learning to drive but have seen 80 pretty easily with the current setup, the guy that owned it before me had it in the low to mid 90's. These are amazing boats.
