    That is so cool....500 ton press

    I bet that will put a bend or two in some sheet metal!

    Can't wait to see some pictures/concepts of boats or processes you guys are going to be using/building.

    Work with one of those all the time, its just not as long as that one. Talk about making them one at a time. That's a lot of work to make every bend on that machine. Surely they will stamp out the hulls later on.

    From the press conference to rumors I have already heard, it looks like Vexus isn't cutting corners and will have machinery not seen in the industry. I'm partial to the Wood family and many others in the area, hope these guys rock the core of the industry in March.

    I don't mean this the wrong way but using machinery not in the industry doesn't necessarily mean not cutting corners. Sometimes not doing it by hand can be cutting a corner. Will be interesting to see what's so different though

    Designing equipment for a purpose makes for a stable process, repeatability, and top notch products. I work in the metal stamping and welding arena.
