    190 Prop ? Bravo1XS / Tempest+

Anyone running a 190 pro V / 200ProXS? Im doing some set up testing on my rig n im curious what others r getting outta their rig. I'm running a tempest plus 27p @5600-5650 rpm 73-74. With me all fishing gear n 1/2 tank gas I want to get up to 5800rpm without losing any top end.
Do any of u guys run a Bravo1Xs? If so what kinda numbers u getting out of it? How does it perform?
    If u have a 190 what prop r u running and what speed n rpm u getting?

The 190/200 Pro XS is the worst combo to prop ever. The rev limiter is too low on the 200.

Rome258 needs to answer this as he tried tons of different props on his 190/200 Pro XS. Where ya at Dusty? Get off that Allison board.

The biggest issue with propping the 190/200 Pro XS is that you are going to have to give up something....either holeshot or top end. Finding a happy medium is difficult at best. My advice is set it up like you fish. If you fish with two people most of the time, set it up that way.

Im fairly new to Blazers. I picked up a 190 about 2 months back. Its gotta 200 Mercury 2.5L and had a 25p Tempest on it. I couldnt get more than 55 mph without it hitting the rev limiter. I switched up to a 26p Trophy and lowered the motor some and can run 71 mph at 5600 rpm with full tanks and another person. I was curious about the Bravo props also but am happy with the way the trophy handles. I see some of the guys running these boats with rooster tails 5ft high. Mine is barely at the motor cowling.
