Where do I measure to to get the propshaft to pad height since it's concave? Thanks in advance

Measurement needs to be Right in the center of the pad in line with the prop shaft

I have an Intimidator too. Right or wrong, I set the boat so that the rear deck is level, then use a 4' level on the bottom of the boat, in the centre, on the lip at the rear, slide level front to back and keep it on the rear lip. When it reads level, measure from the reference to a level prop shaft. That concave shape is basically taken out of the equation then (in my mind). Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in - its always been a question for me too

Level the pad with the trailer tongue jack then level the cavitation plate with the tilt and trim. Now measure.
