Personally what I do to price stuff is I look country wide to find other boats similar and I base my price on that.
Condition means more to me than anything else .... just me.

If only you could buy boats for what nada says they are worth. I’d say 12-13k depending on condition
When it comes to certain brands of boats, like Bullet, it's a sellers market. I buy them all the time, fix them up and sell them for way over NADA book value. I stay away from most unnamed brands because you are hard pressed to get your money back even if you buy them at 50% NADA value.
