Good luck. I emailed them when mine had a broke button. Simple fix with a new rubber pad but "they don't fix units" was the reply. If it was a cheap throw away product that's one thing but 300 bucks isn't throw away money, especially for something so cheaply made. No more hydrowave for me.
I seem to recall a post by the owner of Hydrowave that included his personal mobile number. He ststed at the time that customer service was lacking and was being addressed. I'd try the search function, see what you find.

he will do everything he can to take care of you, I emailed TH Marine about repair on mine 3 months no response after multiple attempts, talked to John, in a week I had a replacement unit.
That is what I love about this site. A helping hand on most every post.

I don’t know if john Braig can do anything anymore or not, he doesn’t work for TH Marine or Hydrowave any more. He works for Wade Middleton and his tv show now I believe.
Appreciate it guys,I was working with him,they sent me 3 new speaker/wiring,instead of head unit,3 different times,he said problem in shipping soI returned them,they kind of seemed to vanish after all that,this is my second HydroWave,the H2 is less than a year old

Hey guys I am still helping out just had some person stuff the past couple months and wasn’t on at all but back at it. We will get the issue fixed KVD!
They will be sending you the Head Unit tomorrow sir.
