Looking to get 20oz carpet from Bassboatseats.com, just looking to see if anyone has a specific “safe” number of feet and width to buy? I’ve done a few searches and seeing anywhere from 25-30 feet and the width I didn’t find much info.

I got 30 feet of 8 ft.wide Todd my 21 ft. Gambler. I had some extra but that's good so if you mess up.
Get the right foot wide roll and 30 feet. You will have some left over but it's better than coming up short. If you make a bad cut or measure wrong you will have extra carpet

I purchased 30 ft from the same place. It is good carpet but after 3 years of use it is starting to matt down. After seeing the carpet from Bass Cat I would go with the bass cat carpet if I do it again. It may cost a little more up front but will pay for itself as this is a 40 hour plus jog to change out the carpet correctly.
bass cat or ranger carpet are syntec brand. They are better and cost is more but will provide longer years....
