    Prop suggestion. 1994 Astro 20DCX with 1994 2.5 XRi 200 merc

Boat now has a 26p Laser2 It comes out of the hole like it has a bus tied to it doesn't seem to get any RPM on takeoff. Boat runs out now at 55-56 turning around 5300-5500 rpm fully loaded with fuel didn't feel like it's getting a lot of lift either
I'm thinking of a 25 tempest or trophy but am curious about the fury series also
Can some one give me some ideas please. It would help a lot

I would test a known good 25P tempest plus if you can. This should lift the bow much better than your propeller, gain some speed and maybe some rpms. I have seen 7 mph gains in your situation. You may end up with less pitch, But I would test the 25P first.

I've had good luck with those with a trophy and bravo, and for some reason a high 5 runs very well on those hulls. Those Astro's and Pro Crafts in those years already lift the bow easily. Way to easy to over trim.
A 24 or 25 bravo will run well. A 24 or 25 trophy will be about 2 mph faster. A 25" high 5 will run about 1 mph slower than the trophy, but faster than the bravo.

I have a high five that came with the boat that I am thinking about putting on and run it while I put the Laser II up for sale

I have an Astro 1996 S20-B with a 1995 200 Mercury with Trophy Plus 14x25 Pitch 4 blade that makes me feel like I am starting out on a plane rather that accelerating to the point of getting on plane. I had a three blade prop that pointed to the sky before I put this prop on so maybe that skews my objectivness, but I do love this combination. Part number 48-825942-25P 14 X 25 PITCH
