    msboat question

i live in s.e. la near new orleans.
so i"m looking at these m.s. boats so i can take my 3 grand kids fishing with me.
The question i have will they hold up in the brackish and salt water?
don't see any lunds tuffy rangers or yar-craft even skeeters around.
Is this cause they are not good for the salt water?
    thanks

carpet isnt good, and rinse/flush everything with fresh water when done, motor livewells bilge hull, and especially trailer, maybe after rinsing back into a freshwater lake a few times, to rinse the inside of the trailer and the carpet, let the boat float up off the bunks...

electrolysis may be a concern with the tm and hull.

My guess is you don't see them because of the V hull design. The multispecies boats are designed for the wide open windblown lakes of the north. I think the only things you should be concerned with is not getting carpet, and getting a saltwater trolling motor. The sacrificial anode on the motor should take care of any electrolysis.
