Someone have a 209 and a tape measure handy?

I won't be at my boat till tomorrow so needing some help. Can someone measure their boat motor down to tip of the tounge?( Mine has a Mercury 250 and 10" Bob's).
I am having a 14x30' attached garage built they have it excavated and formed to be poured next week. After looking I probably should have went 32-36' long. Don't want to cut myself short... literally.

I have a 209, 10" jack plate, Johnson 225 and it is just over 29 feet motor down. Not a swing away tongue.
