Already spent a day at the mall with the Mrs Christmas shopping and of course the brown truck has a path worn to the door.
I wont get in the mood for her gift until the week before.
Nobody needs or wants anything.

"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
The wife and I only buy gifts for our two grandkids. Now that they're 12 and 13 years old we just ask them what they want or just take them shopping.
My Wife does all the shopping and I usually run out on Christmas eve and blow most of my bonus on stuff I dont even know if she wants...Asked he what she wanted and she said no gifts to each other this year she has everything she wants...Love that woman
